JOB TITLE: Technology Sales Manager

LOCATION:   Norwood, MA

SALARY:  $50, 000 to $80, 000 Annually (plus commission & benefits)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and development of the sales team
  • Product training of the technology products and services, primarily the MFDs/Copiers
  • Sales training of the sales process
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas & goals
  • Strong and effective communication with the team and customers

Requirements:
  • B2B Outside Sales Managerial Experience
  • Sales Experience in the Office Technology industry is preferred
  • Strong ability to build a sales team
  • Strong closing skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Motivated & self-driven individuals
  • Basic understanding of Finances for budgetary & profitability purposes
