JOB TITLE: Staff Accountant
LOCATION: Cranston, RI
HOURS: 1^st Shift Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

Yushin America has an immediate opening in Cranston, RI, for a reliable and responsible individual to provide customer support to our vendors, process invoices and other weekly projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and compile all financial data for the timely and accurate issuance of financial statements. Upload journal entries into Oracle.
• Prepare month-end journal entries as assigned. Review standard journal entries prepared by AR and AP coordinators.
• Monitor the Accounting Department for accuracy, timeliness, and conformance to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures
• Proficient in working in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email
• Multi-currency experience
• Experience within Oracle or similar system is a plus. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
