Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with personalized coverage options.
  • Educate clients about different insurance products, policies, terms, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
  • Assess clients' risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance plans that align with their financial goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely preparation of insurance proposals and quotes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by consistently closing deals and converting leads into paying customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our insurance products.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in the company's CRM system.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory changes within the insurance industry.
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
