JOB TITLE: Hospitality Service Representative
LOCATION: The Miriam Hospital, Rhode Island Hospital 
HOURS: Part-Time, 2nd Shift or Full-Time, 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Candidates are responsible for assembling patient tray and delivering meals to patients. 
•  Responsible for taking patient meal orders based on preference and diet orders 
• May telephone or visit new admissions to ascertain patient's dietary preferences, and to obtain new menus preferences as patient's prescribed diet is changed throughout the day.  
• Verbally communicates patient concerns with the clinician, & dietitian 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Verbal and written communication skills to convey information to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question.
• Able to utilize computers
