JOB TITLE: General Manufacturing Positions
LOCATION: East Providence, RI
HOURS: Daytime and Nighttime shifts

Aspen Aerogels is a rapidly growing aerogel technology company founded in 2001 to capitalize on patented advances in aerogel manufacturing. Aspen has developed a broad portfolio of proprietary aerogel products manufactured at scale and sold worldwide in the Electric Vehicle / Automotive, Energy Infrastructure, Sustainable Building Materials, and Power Generation industries. Aspen is both a Tier 1/2 Automotive supplier, and their Pyrogel and Cryogel products are used by virtually all leading petrochemical and refining companies across more than 50 countries. They’re on a mission to build a world-class organization as they continue to grow their energy infrastructure business and expand to meet demand in the rapidly growing Electric Vehicle sector over the next 3-5 years. They’re looking for great talent to join their team.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Advanced education is strongly considered.
• Maintenance of a clean, highly effective, and efficient production environment.
• Previous production work experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical process, or manufacturing company preferred.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts; 4 days on/4 days off with overtime as needed.
