Financial Customer Associate – Fidelity Investments
Do you genuinely enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? If you answered “yes” and are a customer service-minded champion, Fidelity Investments is hiring Financial Customer Associates (FCA) in their Smithfield site.
In this full-time position, you can apply your skills and knowledge in a significant way every day to help others. The FCA role is a springboard to an amazing career in which you change the lives of customers! In this customer service role, you will help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams. You'll assist with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance and helping to make withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, providing education or resources. You do not need a finance background to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
Most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work on-site every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to remote or fully on-site roles. Some roles may have unique on-site requirements. Starting in September 2026, FCAs will be required to work on-site one full week a month, with the rest of the weeks working remotely.
Pay Rate Range – Starting at $45,000 annually (with bonus earning potential)
