COMPANY NAME: Emi Industries
JOB TITLE: Experienced Press Brake Operator
LOCATION: Cranston, RI
HOURS: 1st Shift, 6am-2:30 pm
The Press Brake/Machine Operator is responsible for reviewing part drawings and setting up and operating brake press machines, entering in bend dimensions and bend deductions based on different gauges of sheet metal. A strong candidate will have good math skills with the ability to convert inches into decimals (for example 3 ¼” = 3.25”), have the ability to visualize a 3-dimensional part prior to bending a flat shape.
Three years experience operating a press brake cutting sheet metal is a must., All applicants will be tested on the Press Brake.
