What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Banker/Teller, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers by:

• Welcoming customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately.
• Assisting customers with account questions and everyday banking needs.
• Educating customers on banking products and digital banking services.
• Balancing your cash drawer and maintaining accurate records.
• Following banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance standards.
• Identifying opportunities to refer customers to other banking products and services.
• Working collaboratively with teammates to create an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is a plus—but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a drug/background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays, depending on branch needs.
