COMPANY NAME: New England Drywall
JOB TITLE: Drywall Apprentice
LOCATION: East Greenwich, Rhode Island
HOURS: 1st Shift
We are seeking an entry-level construction worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Metal Stud Framing, Hanging & Finishing Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical Ceilings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic skillset and desire to learn and grow with us in the construction industry.
- Physical ability - loading, unloading, carrying materials, climbing ladders.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Our apprentice should work well in a team-based environment, follow instructions, have good communication skills, read, and speak English, and show up on time for work every day.
- Must have their own hand tools, and reliable transportation.
- Be willing and able to attend classes in Pawtucket 2-3 evenings a week.
- Local Travel Required
