JOB TITLE:  Direct Care Worker

LOCATION: Multiple Locations

HOURS: 2nd & 3rd Shift, Full Time & Part Time   

As a Direct Care Worker, you will work directly with adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. We aim to assist these individuals reach their full potential. We are seeking creative, compassionate, and supportive people to assist adults in home-based and community settings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing valuable, one-on-one community and home-based support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assisting the amazing people we support in their daily activities and routines
• Taking part in community living skills, daily living skills, vocational programs, and recreational activities
• Advocating for and enhancing the lives of the people we support
• Participating in agency required trainings including Safety Care, & CPR 

Successful candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Favorable BCI results
• Safe driving record
• Access to personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
