JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
RATE OF PAY: $16 hour (plus shift differential)
HOURS: 1pm-9: 30pm, Monday - Friday (Temporary Training 9am-5: 30pm)
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and online chat
Handle inquiries ranging from order status, general product information, technical issues and pricing
Process customer refunds, credits and returns requests
Escalate customer concerns in a professional manner
Identify opportunities for site and process improvements and communicate them to supervisor/manager
High School Diploma Required – Associates or Bachelor’ s Degree Preferred
At least 1 year of Call Center experience
Advanced computer skills – internet and email
Excellent oral and written skills
Enthusiasm, Initiative and Decisiveness
French/Spanish/German/Italian language a plus
