JOB TITLE: Client Services Representative II
RATE OF PAY: TBD
HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 2nd shift
Provide inbound phone support of high value, high opportunity clients
Demonstrate ownership of service inquires, resolve problems, understand and apply financial products and solutions in order to fulfill relevant relationship deepening opportunities
Meet and/or exceed minimum performance standards
Read and synthesize frequent updates and learning materials, often while on a client call, and implement immediately into calls with accuracy
Intermediate computer skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience engaging with customers, beginning a conversation, building rapport, and handling objections
1-3 years of experience in written (including grammar and spelling) and verbal communications
Ability to provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions
