Skills for Rhode Island' s Future (Skills RI) is recruiting Training Candidates for the Call Center and Banking Training Program in Woonsocket, RI sponsored by the Northern Rhode Island Career Academy.

TRAINING TITLE: Call Center and Banking Training Program

STIPEND: Up to $1000 upon program completion

HOURS: Start Date: March 18th, 2020 Mon-Fri 9: 30am-3: 30pm

WHERE: Woonsocket, RI

TRAINING DETAILS

This is a free 10-week training for individuals interested customer service industries. Sales, Customer Service Essentials, Call Center Basics and Job Readiness will be covered by this training. Participants will learn how to strengthen their customer service skills by participating in an interactive training that incorporates blended learning opportunities such as in-classroom instruction, role play, simulations, and self-paced activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Must be 18 yrs. or older

- GED or High School Diploma

- Basic computer skills

- Commitment to attend every day on-time for the duration of the training
