COMPANY NAME: Marsella Properties 
JOB TITLE: Building Engineer/Mobile Tech 
LOCATION: Providence, RI
HOURS: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform operating and maintenance tasks for one or more assigned properties
• Respond to normal and after hours emergency calls
• Complete equipment repairs or replacements
• Ensuring cleanliness of the property including picking up any trash
• Record maintenance and repair information in accordance with guidelines established by management direction or policy/procedure
• Maintain productivity-enhancing communications and working relationships with tenants, co-workers and management
• Perform property-specific duties as assigned by the work order system
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Supervise vendors to ensure work is completed on time, to code and to the satisfaction of the client/building owner.

Successful candidates will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, building trade curriculum at a recognized technical school is preferred
• 3-5 years of successful experience in commercial or institutional buildings with complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Computer skills and basic mathematical skills
• Proficient with the use of a Building Maintenance System
