JOB TITLE: Transportation Aide

LOCATION: Multiple Locations

HOURS: Full Time & Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation for children and families to and from coaching visitation program.
• Assists program staff with coaching visitation and activities as needed.
• Provides administrative support to program staff.
• Maintains materials and supplies for coaching visitation program.
• Ensures that the coaching visitation center is well-kept and family friendly.
• Coordinates with program Case Manager to ensure schedule is manageable and lines up with transportation needs of program families.
• In charge of keeping inventory of snacks and supplies and requesting more supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have:

• Prior experience working with children and families a plus.
• Desire to work with children and families.
• Able to work evening and weekend hours.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, registration, inspection and clean driving record.  In addition, the reliable transportation must have a minimum of three seats in addition to the driver’s seat.
• Travel to and from community locations and agency sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
