JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
LOCATION: Lincoln, RI
- Outbound calling & emailing
- Meet monthly assigned quota
- Nurture leads and opportunities
- Develop an expert understanding of INNOVEX product offerings, customer needs and the competitive landscape
- Record sales activity in Salesforce
- Lead follow up from marketing activity
- Build targeted contact lists, send emails, make calls, map customers, identify/qualify opportunities
- Collect data regarding: contact information, upcoming projects, basic infrastructure information
- Set an appointment for follow up
- Maintain effective and detailed information on accounts, opportunities, contacts and leads
- High drive. Goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in sales
- Ability to multi-task and handle customer relationship management
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
