JOB TITLE: IT Account Executive

LOCATION:   Lincoln, RI

HOURS:  Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell INNOVEX IT Solutions offerings to existing and prospective customers
  • Prospect for opportunities in territory, including customer visits and lead generation activities (phone calls, networking events, and other activities)
  • Qualify accounts to determine and develop sales opportunities
  • Identify key contacts and buyers
  • Partner with others as needed to develop opportunities
  • Establish professional, consultative relationships with customers and prospects
  • Develop a core understanding of each customer’ s unique business needs
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to present solutions
  • Manage the sales engagement from initial contact through agreement, signing, and transition to implementation
  • Nurture existing accounts and relationships to support customer needs and expand relationships
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas
  • Work closely with sales management to develop territory and account plans and execute company go-to-market strategy
  • Regularly and accurately forecast expected sales performance
  • Meticulously maintain company CRM system
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within territory

  • Bachelor’ s degree with a minimum of 2 years related business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial experience and goal-driven focus
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision maker with a consultative approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated fearlessness of cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale
  • Ability to successfully work autonomously and with a team while demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Experience with complete solution sales (helpful)
  • Outstanding personality traits, including ambition, competitive spirit, optimistic attitude, strong work ethic, team player, and self-motivation
  • A valid driver’ s license
