JOB TITLE: Community & Home Support Specialist
HOURS: Part-Time - Temporary, Flexible Hours (Day/Evenings/Weekends)
AccessPoint RI is looking for Community & Home Support Specialists to work as proactive members of the AccessPoint RI team, providing meaningful personalized at-home supports to clients that encourage participants and their families to experience personal growth, achieve their personal goals and reach their fullest potential. No experience necessary - AccessPoint RI is willing to train those interested in this profession.
AccessPoint RI, a human services agency located in the City of Cranston, provides services to persons with developmental disabilities throughout the Rhode Island area. The agency has been providing educational, residential, recreational and vocational support/training to individuals with disabilities since 1965.
Successful candidates will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’ s license, proof of insurance, daily access to insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background clearances
- Associates Degree and one year experience preferred
